Rockademy "Summer Sessions" are beginning. We will be offering two sessions: Rockademy for Adults and Rockademy for students 9 - 18 on Wednesdays all summer. Contact Lew London at llondon@chartertech.org Rockademy of Music at chARTer~TECH is a school for rock performance. Young musicians and singers, directed by professionals, get together, rehearse and prepare for a rock show. Rockademy of Music at chARTer~TECH offers young performers from the ages of 10 through 18, a hands on opportunity to ROCK OUT with a group of players and singers under the supervision of a seasoned musical director / performer. They’ll meet others that share their passion and learn about what it takes to put together a show and focus that passion. At last the final production…the show… stage, lights and sound. Rock N Roll. Here’s how it works You’ll take a private weekly music lesson with your present teacher or you can choose a teacher from our list. Then once a week a group will meet with the show director at chARTer~TECH to rehearse for the final show. The show director will provide your teacher with a list of material that needs to be covered for the group. What’s it cost? We have a monthly tuition of $85 for the weekly group lesson / rehearsal. Make checks payable to chARTer~TECH High School. The private lessons are your responsibility and you can negotiate price, time and location with your chosen teacher.
