Ms. Bridget Horgan
          Miss Horgan is a 2004 graduate of the College of Saint Elizabeth, from which she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Psychology, as well as a Certification in Special Education. Miss Horgan has taught in South Jersey schools for the past six years in special education settings. Miss Horgan has been singing for twenty-three years, and achieved the highest level of the Royal School of Church Music at the age of twelve. She enjoys decorating cakes. Miss Horgan is also an avid Eagles fan, and love the Flyers and the Phillies! She believes that “If we couldn’t laugh, we’d all go insane.” (Jimmy Buffett) Miss Horgan is the advisor for REBEL, the anti-tobacco club at chARTer~TECH.
