Mr. James Erickson

Mr. Erickson comes to us with a diverse background. He worked in the theater both as a performer and as a lighting designer, but he traded the grease paint for chalk when he got married. Most recently Jim hails from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where he taught history at Dennis Yarmouth Regional High School. He has a varied educational background ranging from teaching in a self-contained special education setting to teaching advanced placement history courses. Jim did his undergraduate work at Saint Joseph's College where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in History. He received his Special Education endorsement from Purdue University and his Master's Degree in Educational technology from Lesley University. Jim has been married for 20 years and has six wonderful children.
