Mrs. Carrie Brisbin
       Mrs. Brisbin received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Rutgers University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Richard Stockton College. Mrs. Brisbin is married to Mr. Brisbin who teaches History and Sociology at chARTer~TECH. She was a member of an International Dance Troupe for seven years and played flute and piccolo in a competition concert band. Mrs. Brisbin is also the National Honor Society advisor. She believes that, "The best decision one can make is the decision to be in a good mood."
